We’re an Antwerp-based healthtech startup building computer vision technology that understands what happens in the OR. Surgical teams still rely heavily on manual registration, experience and conversations to keep track of instruments and procedure progress. We turn that activity into reliable information, supporting instrument counting, automating registration and helping teams anticipate what comes next. Our ambition is to make surgery safer and more efficient, reduce pressure on clinical teams and help hospitals make better use of their operating rooms.
Founded in 2024 by Kaat, Felix and Frédéric, Lynqo works closely with Belgian and Dutch hospitals. We develop and test our technology alongside surgical teams, translating the realities of the OR into software that works in practice. That means tackling challenging computer vision problems while understanding the clinical workflows they need to support. As we prepare our next hospital deployments, we’re growing our team to bring this technology into everyday use.
We’re a small team that values ownership, curiosity and openness. You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical colleagues, have a direct say in how the product evolves and see your work tested in real ORs. We enjoy being together at our office in Dunden in Antwerp, sharing ideas, tackling challenges and exchanging stories from our weekends ☕
