<aside> Join our team to bring innovative technology to hospitals and improve logistical processes in the operating room and beyond.

Weâre an Antwerp-based startup working on one of the most critical logistical processes in hospitals: the management of surgical instruments. These instruments are essential to every surgery, and the way theyâre used contains a lot of information about what actually happens in the operating room. Our work focuses on using computer vision technology to make better use of that information and improve how the logistics around surgery work.
Our three cofounder â Kaat, Felix and FrĂ©dĂ©ric â founded Lynqo in 2024 and have been working very closely with Belgian and Dutch hospitals ever since. We hired our first employee Pooria (an AI engineer) in 2025, which enabled us to launch a pilot in one of our Belgian partner hospitals later that year. A master student in Product Development is currently doing his thesis and internship at Lynqo, helping us enormously to build a scalable platform for instrument monitoring in the OR. We all get very energised from being together at our office in Dunden â sharing ideas, tackling challenges and exchanging stories from our weekends â
We believe weâre building something with real impact in healthcare. That belief isnât based on ambition alone, but on concrete signals along the way: three subsidies, surgeons who invested in Lynqo, our admission to the imec.istart accelerator, and a recent award nomination. We want you to be part of that!
